Riaz, MD, clinical associate professor at Dean McGee Eye Institute, discusses a study comparing intravitreal injection of antibiotic and steroid at the time of cataract surgery compared with a standard postoperative topical drop regimen of antibiotic, steroid, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID).
