Plan Your Visit to the Dean McGee Eye Institute

We are excited you have chosen the Dean McGee Eye Institute (DMEI) for your eye care needs, and we have put together resources to help you plan your visit.

DMEI has seven different locations to serve you. Please visit the page that corresponds to the location of your appointment to get directions, see services provided, or to learn more about the doctors who practice there. If you have not yet made an appointment, you can use the information to choose a location, or you can find a doctor by using our online provider directory.

If you are visiting one of our clinics, we encourage you to click on the Preparing for a Clinic Visit page, where you will learn what to bring and what to expect when you come for your appointment. This can be especially helpful if this will be your first visit to one of our providers.

For those who will be having surgery at the McGee Eye Surgery Center (MESC), please click on the Visiting the Surgery Center page. There you will find information related to the surgery center and what to expect with regards to preparing for and recovering from surgery. This information is in addition to the detailed instructions that your surgeon will provide you before and after your surgery.

If you are already a patient, you can access your account information, request an appointment, and pay your bill through MyChart.

Regardless of whether this is your first visit or a return visit, or if you are coming for a routine vision examination or having eye surgery, we are here to serve you and want to make your visit as easy as possible.
