Bio
Kristin has worked in clinical ophthalmology for over 30 years and specializes in amblyopia, double vision, and eye misalignments in children and adults. Early in her career, she worked as a certified ophthalmic medical technologist and service coordinator at the Louisiana State University Eye Center in New Orleans, and then at the Doheny Eye Institute with the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Prior to her arrival at Dean McGee, Kristin was grateful for the opportunity to practice as an orthoptist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for 20 years.
In her free time, Kristin enjoys quiet spaces, hiking, walking, reading, knitting, deep conversations, visiting family, creating music, and smiling in a kayak. She aspires to become an herb gardener.
