May 29, 2020

Dear Colleagues,

Doximity has begun their annual residency survey of US ophthalmology programs. Many of you will receive an email asking you to complete a survey to nominate your top 5 choices for best residencies in the U.S. We ask you to nominate our program at DMEI by selecting “University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center” on the drop down pick list.

In order to participate in this survey, you must do the following:
     1.  Create your own Doximity profile.
     2.  Include the location and years of your residency on your profile, AND
     3.  Include your current ABO certification on the profile

We would greatly appreciate your completing this survey before June 12. As you are aware, high-ranking survey results allow us to attract the best students to our program, as well as acquire resources such as grants, donations, and hospital and University support to keep our program at its highest level.

Please be on the lookout for the Doximity email. If you do not find one, you can also logon directly at  https://www.doximity.com or use the Doximity app anytime between May 7 and June 12 to complete the survey.

Thanks for your help!

Best wishes,

Mike
