Education at the Dean McGee Eye Institute
Education is a vital part of the Dean McGee Eye Institute’s mission.
The annual Dean McGee Eye Institute/OK Chapter of American Academy of Optometry Symposium has been hosted at the Institute since 2023. Optometrists from across the state come to the Dean McGee Eye Institute (DMEI) for a one-day continuing education symposium, where they hear from DMEI specialists on topics such as pediatric neuro-ophthalmology, premium IOLs, and uveitis, to name a few.
