How to Apply
We accept applications exclusively through the Central Application Service (CAS) of the Ophthalmology Matching Program. No additional materials are required to apply. Our match identification number is 3395. Starting in July 2022, our program will be fully integrated. The PGY-1 year will include 7 months of internal medicine/medical electives, 2 months of surgical subspecialties, and 3 months of ophthalmology. The University of Oklahoma requires that foreign medical graduates pass the USMLE and have a valid ECFMG certificate. The University only sponsors J-1 visas.
The application deadline for the residency program is October 1st.
